About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HomeWell's services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Organize and participate in community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
